Shipping

Standard Shipping
Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday by 4:30 pm PST.

Rush Shipping (2nd Day Air)
Rush orders are shipped the same day if received by 12 PM PST, excluding weekends and holidays. Rush orders received after 12 PM PST are shipped the next business day, excluding holidays.

Product Guarantee

Pro Golf Tools stands behind every TempoTuner™ we sell and offers a No Risk Money Back Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your TempoTuner™ for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund your purchase less shipping and handling.

Return Policy

To return your product and receive a full refund (less shipping and handling), please call (425) 643-9939 M-F 9 AM - 5 PM (PST) to receive shipping authorization and instructions. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.

Product Warranty

We warrant all TempoTuner™ components for one (1) year from the date of purchase. If any component should fail to function properly under normal use within the one year warranty period, we will repair or replace the component free of charge with a component of same or equal value.
